About us

Dr. Maryann grew up in Parma, OH and attended Padua Franciscan Catholic High School. She is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, OH with degrees in chemistry and history. Dr. Maryann attended Ohio State University College of Dentistry, graduating in 2000.  

Dr. Jon grew up on a farm outside a small town in northwest Ohio called Kalida, where he attended public school. He graduated from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, then attended the Ohio State University College of Dentistry, also graduating in 2000.  

Within three weeks of graduating dental school together, Dr. Maryann and Dr. Jon were married in Lakewood, OH. Dr. Maryann's earliest dental experiences took her into nursing homes where she provided dental care to the sick and elderly. Dr. Jon's earliest dental experiences were providing dental care via the Cleveland Veterans Administration Hospital.  

Together, they came to Wellington in late 2002, assuming the practice built by Dr. Dane Adams. The doctors quickly outgrew their little facility on Dickson Street, leading them to build their current facility on Heritage Drive, where they have been caring for the patients of Wellington and surrounding areas for the past ten years. 

During this time of building a growing, thriving practice, Dr. Maryann and Dr. Jon started their family and have three incredible children, Andrew (age 12), Jack (age 9), and Elizabeth (age 8). The family has been living in Medina for the past 13 years. They love the honest, hardworking people they have met over the years, and they enjoy learning new ways to enhance the dental health of their patients. Additionally, in 2010, Dr. Maryann and Dr. Jon took over the stewardship of yet another dental practice in Doylestown, OH, near Akron.  

Family and friends are very important to Dr. Jon and Dr. Maryann. Most of their free time is consumed with their children's activities. They also love to travel, usually with their family. 

Tricia attended the University of Akron and Lorain County Community College and has been with Wellington Dental for nine years.

As one of our highly skilled hygienists, Tricia most enjoys meeting and getting to know our new patients. She finds it very rewarding to watch the happy reactions of her patients when they see the positive results after treatment is complete.

Tricia is a native of Medina, OH, and she enjoys spending time with her family. She also enjoys attending sporting events and traveling.

Michelle attended Stark State College and has been with Wellington Dental for six years. She is happy to work in an office with such a great team environment and enjoys getting to know our patients.

Michelle grew up in Norwalk, OH and enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Amanda has been with our practice for eight years. She graduated from Lorain County Community College with an associate's degree in applied science.

As a native of Wellington, OH, Amanda loves seeing all her patients and working with the Wellington Dental team. Her goal is to make an impact on her patients.

She enjoys spending time with family and all of her animals.

Gail has been working in the dental field for over 20 years. She attended Louisiana State University College of Dentistry and enjoys her work because she likes meeting new people and helping them regain their confidence with a beautiful, healthy smile.

A native of New Orleans, Gail spends her free time with her family and pets.

Amanda attended Hocking College, where she received an associate's degree in applied business and office management. She then went on to attend Lorain County Joint Vocational School, where she studied dental assisting and radiography. Amanda has been with Wellington Dental for six years and enjoys working with patients to help them create a smile they can love and be proud of.

Amanda is a native of New London, OH and spends her free time traveling and watching her son’s sporting events at Keystone schools. She also enjoys cheering on the Browns, Cavaliers, and Indians.

Jennifer grew up in Anderson, IN. She attended school at Lorain County Community College. Jennifer has always been interested in the dental field and patient care. 

Jennifer loves spending time with her husband, two daughters, and her two dogs.

Ericka grew up in Toledo, OH. She attended Owen's Community College for her dental assisting and Case Western Reserve for her EFDA schooling. Ericka loves helping people and has always been interested in teeth and working hands on. 

Ericka loves spending time with family and watching movies. 

Jeanne grew up in Spencer, OH. She attended Black River High School and Lorain County JVS. Jeanne got into dental because Dr. Adams needed an assistant at the time in 1988. 

Jeanne loves walking with her dog, Louie. She loves family get togethers on the porch. She enjoys showing Holsteins at the county fairs, state fairs, and World Dairy Expo.

Stephanie grew up in Vermilion, OH. She attended Tri-C and sat for her boards and became a Certified Dental Assistant. She attended Case Western Reserve to become an EFDA. Stephanie got into dental because she shadowed at a dental office before college and met an EFDA.  

Stephanie loves spending time outdoors. Her and her husband like to kayak and take walks with their 3 dogs. She also loves spending time with her 2 children. Living by the lake, they take advantage of going to the beach to see lots of sunsets.

Taylor grew up in Norwalk, OH. She attended Ashland County-West Holmes Career Center for Dental Assisting. She got into dental because she took a medical careers program while in high school. 

Taylor loves spending time with her family and cat. She also enjoys traveling and exploring new restaurants.
